The Tipton Street Project will be completed in 3 phases over several years and will eventually include 22 residential
condominiums and 17,000 square feet of fully renovated, leasable space
for restaurants, retail spaces, and offices. Glass
and Concrete contracting worked with General Contractor JA Street and Associates in 2005, 2006, and 2007 for developers Urban Redevelopment Alliance to restore the exterior of the Tipton
Street Buildings.
