Glass & Concrete Contracting first became involved with this building in 1999 when a major renovation and conversion from the Radisson Hotel took place. Since then, we have been working as the exterior maintenance technicians providing annual cleaning and maintenance.

| Glass & Concrete Contracting has provided many services through the years including exterior cleaning; exterior coatings to concrete, EIFS and window framing; glass replacements; wet sealing window frame and glass perimeters; waterproofing expansion joints; and patching break-through areas in EIFS cladding.
