Located beside the Heritage House Lofts, Cranberry Lane will become the 3rd rehabilitated building in as little as 3 years for owners and downtown Bristol advocates Karen Hester and Monica Geurtler. This loft apartment project will be finished sometime in 2008 and Glass & Concrete Contracting has already kick started the project by completing the exterior restoration phase.
Exterior
restoration included removal of metal cladding and canopy; paint
removal from brick utilizing a sodium hydrochloride paint extraction
technique; tuckpointing; application of water repellent; custom
fabrication of cornices to replace the originals and restoration of the
original wooden window frames.
