The owner of 507 State St. rescued these two condemed buildings, originally built in the late 1800’s, from demolition and turned them into excellent retail space and loft apartments.
Work included
mortar joint pointing, brick profiling with 4 different color matched profiling compounds, carbon deposit removal, installation of cornices and architectural accents and removal of brick to facilitate window installations in the loft area.
